Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 285) the following changes:
Part 2 Articles 31 after words of "Traffic regulations" to add 1) with words ", the Procedure for the omission of vehicles on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and collection of charges for weighing and measurement of the maximum sizes and other linear parameters of vehicles with the exceeding regulations established for driving through highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Procedure for use of highways and road constructions and their protection in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic";
2) in Article 31-1:
a) to state Item 7 of part 2 in the following edition:
"7) non-compliance with the set weight and dimensional parameters of vehicles in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
b) to add part 4 after words of "internal affairs" with the words "and authorized body in the field of transport";
c) state part 5 in the following edition:
"5. In case of discharge of the driver from vehicle control authorized body in the field of internal affairs, and also authorized body in the field of transport in the cases provided by Items 7 and 8 of part 2 of this Article deliver the vehicle for temporary storage to the specialized (penal) parking before decision making on case and elimination of the reason which formed the basis for discharge from vehicle control.";
3) in Chapter 19:
a) regarding 4 notes of the word "Article 135" shall be replaced with words "Articles 120-2, 135";
b) add Chapter with Article 120-2 of the following content:
"Article 120-2. Non-compliance with the established requirements of rather maximum sizes and other linear parameters of vehicles
