For the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 1.1.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About mortgage" of October 30, 2018 No. 1298-VQD and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About mortgage" of June 7, 2005" of December 4, 2018 No. 379, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES: No. 252
1. Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 5, 2005 No. 165 "About approval of form of the mortgage security" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 9, Article 856):
1.1. in preamble the word "2nd" shall be replaced with words "2.2";
1.2. add part of 1-1 following content:
"1-1. This Decision does not extend to the mortgage security establishing mortgage right on real estate.".
2. Before entry into force of electronic system, the stipulated in Article 1.0.3-1 Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About mortgage", the form of the mortgage security confirming the pledge right to real estate affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic. It is drawn up in form of the "Mortgage security" determined by the Decision No. 165.
