About modification of Rules of state registration of acts of civil status in Ukraine

1. Item 8 of Chapter 1 of the Section III of Rules of state registration of the acts of civil status in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 for No. 719/4940 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 3307/5), after the paragraph of the ninety fifth to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"actual place of residence of the receiver of benefit;".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the ninety sixth - to consider the hundred thirtieth respectively paragraphs the ninety seventh - the hundred thirty first.

2. To the administrator of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order.

3. To department of private law (Ferens E.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. This order becomes effective in ten days from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of functional obligations.
