Based on subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z
1. Impose ban on wholesale and retail trade by pyrotechnic products.The prohibition provided in part one of this Item does not extend:
for sale of pyrotechnic products of technical appointment to the organizations for the list according to appendix;
on wholesale and retail trade by the following types of pyrotechnic products of household purpose of the I class of danger:
Bengal lights (candles);
crackers;
tortovy candles (fountains of cold fire).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective before singular solution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
