1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2011 No. 980 "About approval of the Regulations on faculty of pre-university preparation, preparatory department, training courses":

in preamble of the word "According to Item" shall be replaced with words "Based on Item";

in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

in Regulations on faculty of pre-university preparation, the preparatory department, training courses approved by this resolution:

in Item 28:

add Item with words ", except for the case specified in parts of the second or fourth of this Item";

add Item with parts of the following content:

"Target figures of acceptance of listeners in the state UVO and USSO for implementation of the educational program of training of persons for receipt in organizations of formation of the Republic of Belarus at faculties of pre-university preparation, preparatory departments, training courses at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets are established by founders of the state UVO and USSO on separate UVO and USSO annually till July 1 (in 2020 - till August 15) and on December 20.
