About procedure for setting standards of fuel consumption

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2015 "About energy saving" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 239-Z

1. Determine that:

1.1. consumption rates of fuel for motorized vehicles, courts, machines, mechanisms and the equipment (further - consumption rates of fuel) are established by heads of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs independently or based on results of the testing which are carried out by accredited test laboratory;

1.2. republican state bodies have the right to determine the requirement about approval of the consumption rates of fuel established by heads of subordinates (which are part, system) the organizations, and procedure for such approval;

1.3. from July 12, 2015 before entry into force of this resolution use of the consumption rates of fuel established during this period by heads of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs independently or based on results of the testing which are carried out by accredited test laboratory provided that such regulations are not established by acts of the legislation or local acts of republican state bodies and other state bodies (organizations), subordinate (accountable) to the President of the Republic of Belarus or Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is allowed.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2001 No. 1488 "About provision to the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Committee for State Security and the State boundary committee of powers on development and approval of gas rations, oils, lubricants and special liquids":
