"Article 119-1. Malicious evasion from treatment of the epidemic or pandemic nature recognized as dangerous infectious disease and notorious infection with it

(1) Malicious evasion, flight from treatment of the epidemic or pandemic nature recognized as dangerous infectious disease, notorious postavleniye of other persons in danger of infection with this disease,

are punished by imprisonment for a period of up to two years.

(2) the acts provided by part one of this Article committed repeatedly or if these acts led to the death of the person or to other heavy effects,

are punished by imprisonment for a period of up to five years.

(3) Assistance to person having dangerous infectious disease of epidemic or pandemic nature in evasion from treatment,

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of up to three years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
