About modification and amendments in the Air code of Turkmenistan

I. Bring in the Air code of Turkmenistan approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of January 10, 2012 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, No. 1, Art. 6; 2015, No. 2, Art. 63; 2016, No. 1, Art. of Art. 8 and 67; 2019, No. 2, Art. 30), following changes and amendment:

in Article 7 part two:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"Public administration in sphere of activity of civil aviation is exercised by authorized body - the Turkmenhowayollary Agency according to the regulations on it approved by the President of Turkmenistan.";

in the paragraph the second words "Authorized body" shall be replaced with words "Authorized body in sphere of activity of civil aviation";

in part two of Article 18 of the word "Industry Ministries and Communications" to exclude;

to number contents of Article 22 in figure "1".;

add with part of the following content:

"2. The authorized body in the field of civil aviation in case of emergency situations develops and approves in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Medical Industry of Turkmenistan the plan of national aircraft for carrying out antiepidemiological preparatory measures for protection of health of the population, prevention of spread of infectious diseases.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
