About entering of amendment and change into the Law of Turkmenistan "About privatization and privatization of state-owned property"

after item 4 of Article 12 to add with Item of the following content:

"4-1) on the initiative proves feasibility of privatization and privatization of state-owned property and makes the offer in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on inclusion it in the list of the objects which are subject to privatization and privatization;";

the second Article 17 to state part in the following edition:

"2. In the purchase and sale agreement the procedure for transfer of state-owned property to the subject of privatization, form and payment due dates shall be determined.

Also in the purchase and sale agreement of subjects to privatization in other form, except sale of state-owned property at auction and the sales of shares which are in state-owned property on the stock exchanges, observance of other conditions on preserving the main activities, production volumes and quantity of workplaces can be provided in the post-privatization period and terms of their action.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

III. Regulations of the last paragraph of part I of this Law can extend to the legal relations which arose before its introduction in action in case of expression of desire of agreement parties of sale and purchase on regulation of relations according to regulations of this Law.
