About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the national pension insurance"

Part the fifth Article 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. Persons specified in Items 3-6 of part two of this Article stop participation in mandatory pension insurance in cases of appointment as it:

1) old-age pensions;

2) long service pensions;

3) professional pension;

4) pension or public welfare payment on disability if they are recognized as persons with disability it is termless;

5) public social benefit.";

Part one of Article 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. The insurers specified in Items 1-4 of part one of article 6 of this Law - in the place of registration in tax authority, the insurers specified in Item 5 parts one of article 6 of this Law - in the place of their registration are subject to registration in body of the Pension fund of Turkmenistan as payers of pension contributions.";

3) in Article 15 part two:
