About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on part (3) articles XXI of the Law No. 60/2020 on organization of some measures of support of business activity and about modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 108-109, 186), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on income tax withholding from the salary and other payments performed by the employer for benefit of the worker, and also payments for benefit of the physical persons which are not performing business activity, providing services and/or performing works approved by the Order of the Government No. 697/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 256-260, 745), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To exclude 1) from Item 36 of the word "and individual fees of compulsory national social insurance";

2) in Item 481 the text "-K1" from formula and the text "K1 - the amount of contributions to the pension fund divided on 100;" to exclude;

Appendix No. 8 to state 3) in the following edition:

2. In the Order of the Government No. 693/2018 about determination of the tax liabilities on the income tax (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 834), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 27 to replace the text "Taxes, charges, compulsory contributions of compulsory national social insurance, fees of compulsory medical insurance" with the text "Taxes, except for the income tax established in the Section II of the Code, charges and fees of compulsory national social insurance";

b) declare the Section 10 "Deduction of Expenses on Investments" invalid;

2) in appendix No. 2:
