Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 487) the following changes:
Item 3 of part 2 of Article 12 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) the notification on suspicion which is taken out in the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the physical person suspected of implementation of terrorist or extremist activities or financing of these activities;";
Item 1 of part 2 of Article 14 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1) the notification on suspicion which is taken out in the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the physical person suspected of making of legalization (washing) of the criminal income;".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
