Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sustainable development of ekologo-economic system Issyk Kul (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 530) the following changes:
1) in Article 1:
a) add Article with part ten of the following content:
"Capital construction - construction of facilities which construction requires carrying out earth and installation and construction works on the device of the buried bases, construction of the protecting and bearing designs, eyeliner of all necessary engineering communications, including treatment facilities.";
b) the eleventh to state part in the following edition:
"Recreation objects - the boarding houses located within the biospheric territory Issyk Kul, resorts, rest houses, cottage settlements, guest houses and other objects used for rest, the improvements, tourism irrespective of pattern of ownership and legal form of implementation of business activity providing recreational, guest services, services in improvement, accommodation, rest, tourism.";
c) add Article with part twelve of the following content:
"Treatment facilities - the complex of engineering constructions in system of the sewerage of the inhabited place (Item), industrial enterprise, object of recreation, other economic objects intended for sewage treatment from the pollution containing in them as a result of which quality of water after process of cleaning meets the established sanitary and technical standards.";
2) in Article 14:
a) in paragraph one in state language the word "ozuno" shall be replaced with words "ozuno tomondogulorda камтыйт"; in paragraph four to exclude the word "kamtyyt";
