About modification of the Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 318, the following changes:
a) Item 2.1:
after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"applicant" - the legal entity, the citizen, including the individual entrepreneur who submitted in authorized body of the state of the place of departure the application and other documents for receipt of the phytosanitary certificate according to the legislation of the state of the place of departure;";
after the paragraph of the seventeenth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"the receiver of quarantine products" - the legal entity, the citizen, including the individual entrepreneur declared in the phytosanitary certificate and (or) the shipping documentation by the receiver of quarantine products or the other person authorized on implementation of actions on behalf of the receiver of quarantine products in connection with its arrival in the destination;";
b) in Item 3.2:
