For the purpose of implementation of effective mechanisms of the labor market and increase in business activity of the population of the country, employment of poor and jobless citizens by labor involvement and the business activity which is bringing in the permanent income on the basis of training in their modern professions and skills of entrepreneurship:

1. To the ministry of employment and employment relationships (further - the Ministry) together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent to organize on jurisdiction:

the monocenters "Ishga Markhamat" in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas - till January 1, 2021 according to appendix No. 1 *;

the centers of professional training in system of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent - in a month according to appendix No. 2 *;

short-term rates of professional training in districts of the city of Tashkent together with the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education - in a month according to appendix No. 3 *;

Items of professional training of the population waved together with the Ministry of support also families - in two-month time according to appendix No. 4* waved.

2. To the ministry on permanent basis to organize training of the population in professions, bases of entrepreneurship and to the foreign languages demanded in the labor market with involvement of non-state organizations of professional training. At the same time for the purpose of wide use of opportunities of private sector:
