Article 1. No. ZR-297 "About education" (further - the Law) after the word "is forbidden" to add the first paragraph of part 5 of article 15 of the Law of April 14, 1999 with words ", except as specified, when need of modification and amendments, and also approvals of the new list is caused by the announced emergency or warlike situation".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends to the relations which arose after March 16, 2020.
