Bring in appendices to the Regulations on procedure for filing of applications in bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine about provision of permission to coordinated actions of subjects of managing approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of February 12, 2002 No. 26-r registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 7, 2002 for No. 238/6526 (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1 of appendix 1:

in the first offer of paragraph two of the word "also are certified by seal" to exclude;

the second offer of the paragraph of the fourth to state in the following edition:

"The signature is witnessed notarially";

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
