Bring in the "Rules of state registration of mortgage leaf" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 13, 2006 No. 44 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 192, No. 5, Article 461; 2008, No. 1, Article 39; 2009, No. 1, Article 22; 2016, No. 3, Article 614, No. 8, Article 1449, No. 10, Article 1717; 2017, No. 12 (II book), Article 2546), following changes:

1.1. add with Item 1.1-1 of the following content:
