About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007 No. 172

Bring in the Regulations on features of licensing of separate types of activity (in the new edition) approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007 No. 172 "About approval of the Regulations on features of licensing of separate types of activity (in the new edition)", the following changes and amendments:

- state Chapter 37 in the following edition:

"Chapter 37. Features of licensing of the activities connected with sources of ionizing radiation (the generating sources)

1. The licensed type of activity: the activities connected with sources of ionizing radiation (the generating sources).

2. The specified activities include the following work types which will be noted (to be reflected) in appendix of the license:

- realization of the equipment generating ionizing radiation;

- carrying out X-ray diagnostic and roentgenotherapeutic diagnostic testings;

- use of the generating sources of ionizing radiation in scientific and educational activities;

- use of the x-ray customs equipment (for check of baggage and transportation of goods by transport);

- use of the linear accelerator of electrons;

- maintenance (installation and repair) of the equipment generating ionizing radiation;

- provision of services on radiation control, quality control of the equipment, individual dosimetry;

- to education and training in the field of radiation safety.

3. The licensing body: The agency on nuclear and radiation safety of National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
