in the list of the projects which are not requiring development of the feasibility statement, approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 3 with the subitem 94) of the following content:
"94) construction and reconstruction of facilities for production of immunobiological medicines".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
