Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2008 No. 133 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for determination of the minimum structure of crew of the vessel in case of which vessel exit in the sea is allowed".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2020.
