About modification of the Procedure for realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Make change to the Procedure for realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings, No. 719 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 80, of the Art. 2448), having added it with Item 27 of the following content:
"27. In case of independent execution of the judgment on special confiscation of assets according to the procedure, determined by part ten of Article 100 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the National agency within three working days performs distribution of the received means from realization of such assets by transfer to the victim, the civil claimant of money in the size established by the judgment for compensation of damage from crime, and the rest is transferred into the government budget.
If the cash amount from the realized assets is not enough for compensation of damage to the victim, civil claimant in full, compensation is performed in proportion to the amount which belongs to everyone.".
