1. The helping subjects are recommended to deliver to the Kyrgyz Republic medicines and medical products according to request of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic about provision of the international emergency relief.
In the absence of request of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the helping subjects can send on own initiative the offers to authorized state body.
2. On the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for rendering the international emergency relief:
1) it is allowed to import the medicines and medical products conforming to requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of drug circulation and medical products;
2) it is forbidden to import substandard and/or counterfeited medicines.
