2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of March 18, 2020 No. 60-FZ "About introduction of amendments to articles 2 and 31.4 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations".

1. In Rules of decision making about recognition of socially oriented non-profit organization by the contractor of the socially useful services approved by the specified resolution:

a) Items 3 and 3 (to state 1) in the following edition:

For recognition by the contractor of socially useful services and entering into the register of non-profit organizations - contractors of socially useful services (further - the register) the organization submits in authorized body the application for recognition of the organization by the contractor of socially useful services in form according to appendix No. 1.
