About modification of the Single list of products (goods) which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on customs border and customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 1 of article 57 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 44 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. In the Single list of products (goods) which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on customs border and customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, No. 299 approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010:

a) in the note to the Section II:

figure in paragraph three "2915 70 000 0" to replace with figures "2915 70", "2915 90 000 0" to replace figures with figures "2915 90";

figure in paragraph five "2917 34 100 0, 2917 34 900 0" to replace with figures "2917 34 000 0";

b) in the Section III:

to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"-products (goods) which were in the use;";

the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-products (goods) moved (moved) through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union as supplies according to the features of procedure and conditions of movement through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union of supplies provided by the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union;";
