About modification of the Procedure for provision of the conclusions of rather electromagnetic compatibility and permissions to operate of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices

According to Article part two 14, to Articles 41, 42 Laws of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of the conclusions of rather electromagnetic compatibility and permissions to operate of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of November 1, 2012 No. 559, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 3, 2013 for No. 57/22589 (with changes), such changes:

Paragraph two of Item 2.19 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"The applicant at will orders execution of the conclusion relatively EMS in electronic form with imposing of the digital signature and electronic seal (in the presence) of the authorized person of UGTsR according to the Law on EDP or in paper form.";

Paragraph two of Item 3.21 of the Section III to state 2) in the following edition:

"The applicant at will orders registration of permission in electronic form with imposing of the digital signature and electronic seal (in the presence) of the authorized person of UGTsR according to the Law on EDP or in paper form.".

2. To submit to department of licensing in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
