About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of social development and the humanitarian assistance

For the purpose of rendering timely social support to socially vulnerable segments of the population and ensuring social stability in the conditions of the mode of extraordinary situation / emergency state, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges" of December 22, 2009 No. 795 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for purpose of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"18-1. In the conditions of the mode of extraordinary situation / emergency state the payment due date of the appointed monthly compensations is prolonged to the last date following after month of cancellation of the mode of extraordinary situation / emergency state without reclamation of the documents specified in Item 15 and in appendix to this Provision which effective period expires in the period of extraordinary situation / emergency state.

At the same time reception of applications from citizens about purpose of monthly compensation in the territorial subdivisions of social development servicing the population in the territory of certain administrative and territorial unit on which the emergency rule is introduced stops before cancellation of emergency rule.";
