About procedure for compensation of interest payment on bonds without determination of term of their repayment in case of acceptance by issuers of the specified bonds of the decision on refusal of their payment and modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2020 No. 1260-r

1. Determine that the bond issuing institutions without determination of term of their repayment (further - bonds) who are subjects of natural monopolies in the field of rail haulings which 100 percent of shares in case of placement of bonds belong to the Russian Federation (further - the issuer), according to the procedure and terms which are established by regulatory legal act of the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of transport (further - federal executive body), but no later than the terms established in issued documentation send to federal executive body the notification on the decision on refusal of interest payment made in accordance with the established procedure on bonds.

2. Financial provision of provision of subsidies in the form of property fees of the Russian Federation in the state corporation of development "ВЭБ.РФ" on financial provision of costs on payment of interest incomes to bondholders in case of refusal of issuers unilaterally from interest payment on bonds is performed according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation taking into account regulatory legal act of the federal executive body specified in Item 1 of this resolution within the budgetary appropriations provided to federal executive body for the next financial year and planning period.

3. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision from the federal budget of subsidies in the form of property fees in the state corporation of development "ВЭБ.РФ" on financial provision of costs on payment of interest incomes to bondholders without determination of term of their repayment in case of refusal of issuers of the specified bonds unilaterally from interest payment on them.
