About establishment of taksovy cost on gallipot procurement

Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 11 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish taksovy cost on procurement of gallipot in the amount of 30 rubles for 1 hectare of land area of the forest fund provided for gallipot procurement.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2012 No. 530 "About taksovy cost on gallipot";

Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2016 No. 253 "About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2012 No. 530 and of December 15, 2015 No. 1039";

subitem 4.8 of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2016 No. 907 "About measures for realization of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus".

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
