About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (1) article 5 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995 (repeated publication: 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item p) the following content:

"p) licenses/issues the permissions/conclusions for state registration, exercises regulation and supervision of activities of insurers, overcautious persons and insurance and/or reinsurance intermediaries, National bureau of insurers of vehicles of the Republic of Moldova, savings and loan associations, bureau of credit histories and non-bank credit institutions.".

Art. II. - In the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 3 with the offer: "For the purposes of this law the non-bank financial market includes the subjects falling within the scope of supervision of the National commission.".

2. Parts (1) and (Article 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(1) Powers of the National commission extend to members of the non-bank financial market whom treat: issuers of securities, professional participants of the non-bank financial market and investors.

(2) Professional participants of the non-bank financial market (further - professional participants) are persons and non-state pension funds licensed or authorized on implementation of activities in the capital market.".

3. In part (1) Article 6:

Item f) to declare invalid;

subparagraphs two, the third, fifth and sixth Item h) to recognize invalid.

4. In Article 8:

in Item m) the words "state register of insurers (overcautious persons), insurance and/or reinsurance brokers and actuaries" to exclude;

in Item q) to exclude the words "and on registration of the insurer and the overcautious person";

Items r) and s) recognize invalid.

5. Item p) parts (Article 9 to declare 1) invalid.
