1. To consider parts 4-6 of Article 12 parts 5-7 according to and in this Article to add with part 4 following of content:

"For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of employees of relevant organ of the executive authority, and also strengthening of material and technical resources of service of probation of 43% of the means arriving in connection with execution of mulctary punishments and corrective works, and also the criminal legal measures in the form of penalty applied concerning legal entities it is transferred to the account of relevant organ of the executive authority. The procedure for use of these means is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.";

2. in the first offer of part 1 of Article 13 the word "budget" shall be replaced with words "the budget and executive service", and in the second offer after the word "budget" to add with the words "and the means provided by part four of article 12 of this Law".
