About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 3, 2003 No. 516 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure by banks of Ukraine of supplementary (deposit) transactions with legal entities and physical persons", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2003 for No. 1256/8577 (with changes), such changes:
To exclude 1) in heading of the word "with legal entities and physical persons";
To exclude 2) in Item 1 of the word "with legal entities and physical persons".
2. Approve Changes in:
1) the Instruction about procedure for opening and closing of customer accounts of banks and correspondent accounts of resident banks and nonresidents approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2003 for No. 1172/8493 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 1, 2019 No. 56) (with changes) (further - Changes in the Instruction) which are applied;
2) the Regulations on procedure banks of Ukraine of supplementary (deposit) transactions with legal entities and physical persons approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 3, 2003 No. 516, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2003 for No. 1256/8577 (with changes) which are applied.
