1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 14, 2014 No. 650 the following changes:

in Regulations on the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "and permitted" to exclude;

- in paragraph three of Item 7 of the word "administrative punishments" to replace with the word "penalties";

- declare Item 11-2 invalid.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
