No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on accounting treatment and distributions of the rehabilitation directions to receivers of pension and to receivers of the public social benefits approved by the Order of the Government No. 372/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 72-74, 449), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. Person who corresponds to conditions for receipt of the rehabilitation direction based on several regulations or who belongs to two or several categories of receivers has the right to one direction, at discretion, on one of the bases. In this case the applicant represents the reference, confirmatory that in the last three years, and in case of persons specified in Item 7-1, at which pneumofibrosis, as a result of COVID-19, in the first 9 months after disease the direction for sanatorium treatment through other structures was not issued to it. Provisions of this Item do not extend to attendants.";
