According to part two of article 168 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and Item of 31 procedures and conditions of sending of the federal government civil servants approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 18, 2005 No. 813 "About procedure and conditions of sending of federal government civil servants" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish limit rates of expense recovery on hiring of premises in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states of federal government civil servants, the workers who signed the employment contract about work in federal state bodies, employees of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in case of need to introduce in the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure drafts of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of modification of limit rates of expense recovery on hiring of premises in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states of federal government civil servants, the workers who signed the employment contract about work in federal state bodies, employees of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions and also about establishment of the limit extent of rates of compensation of such expenses if they were not established.
