1. Make changes to the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 7, 2010 No. No. 16, 106 "About approval of the Regulations on accounting treatment for amounts of the products exposed on the exchange biddings, including repeatedly exposed" (рег. No. 2178 of January 7, 2011) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, Art. No. 1-2, 14) according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

From preamble of the resolution of the word "and the Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2012 No. 374 (collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 19)" to exclude.
2. In Provision Item 1 of the word of "The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition".
3. These changes are approved with JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange.
