According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and for the purpose of execution of subitem 1.8 of the Order of Eurasian intergovernmental council of April 10, 2020 solved the No. 6 Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the paints and varnishes for tanning footwear industry classified by code 3210 00 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU, and surface-active means for tanning footwear industry, classified by code 3402 90 100 2 of the CN FEA EEU, in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till October 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 3210 00 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU and 3402 90 100 2 CN FEA EEU of the reference to notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "10C" and "11C" respectively to replace with the reference "77C";
