According to article 211 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Make changes and addition to the List of the raw materials intended for production of medicines and products of the medical appointment exempted when importing from the tax discharge on value added, No. No. 5-3-6/28, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 2009 53, of EG-01/10-2053 and 01-02/8-9 and the Ministries of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 2009 No. 7 (рег. 2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
