Documents are certified of electronic information system of relevant organ of the executive authority by the strengthened digital signature, participants and users of system use the documents received through this system in the activities. The documents received from this system can be provided to public institutions and persons on papers or in electronic procedure according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the digital signature and the electronic document".".
