About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part five of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 "About single state system of registration and accounting of offenses" and in pursuance of paragraph two of Item 1 of article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2019 No. 281-Z "About judicial and expert activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 94-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to state Chapter 13 of the Regulations on procedure for functioning of single state system of registration and the accounting of offenses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909, in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 13 PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFER BY PROSECUTORS OF DATA ON CRIMES
84. The registration cards filled with the prosecutor daily on the working days are transferred on electronic channels (in the absence of such opportunity - on information papers) to the accounting division determined according to Item 82 this provision.
85. In case of investigation by the prosecutor of criminal case transfer to accounting divisions of data on crimes is performed by it according to the procedure, provided by this Provision for bodies of pretrial investigation.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2006 No. 1775 "About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure and the sizes of the amounts which are subject to payment to the victims, civil claimants and their representatives, witnesses, experts, specialists, translators, witnesses, persons rendering assistance in carrying out investigative action":
