About modification of the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding

According to part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 for No. 1126/29256, the following changes:

in the Section I:

to add Item 6 after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph the tenth the following content:

"forming of the draft statement of the state contractor about remuneration payment;".

With respect thereto the tenth - the twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eleventh - the thirteenth;

after Item 9 to add with new Item 10 of the following content:

"10. The system provides possibility of forming by the state contractor at which on execution was there (is) executive document, the draft statement about payment of remuneration with use of the data which are available in System.

After verification of data which shall be specified in the statement and their editing (if necessary) the draft statement is stored by the state contractor and blocked by System software for possibility of editing.

In case of detection of mistakes such project in System is recognized the draft statement which was kept by the state contractor the state contractor wrong and the new draft statement is created.".

With respect thereto to consider Items 10 and 11 respectively Items 11 and 12.

2. To the state company "National Information Systems" (Berezhnaya A.) together with Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiselyov N.) to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.
