About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2008 No. 427

1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2008 No. 427 "About establishment of standard form of the lease agreement of the parcel of land" the following changes:
state Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. The amount of the rent for the parcel of land ___________________________.";
state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The rent is listed in ________________________________________
(local budget, fund of development
____________________________________________________________________________
free economic zone)
on the current (settlement) bank account _______________________________________.";
in Item 15:
third to exclude the paragraph;
in paragraph five of the word "when legal acts allow implementation of the specified actions without introduction of such payment" shall be replaced with words "established by legal acts";
in Item 16:
exclude paragraph two;
the fifth after the word "services" to add the paragraph with words "underground and land";
in paragraph four of Item 17 of the word "power lines, communication and pipelines," to replace others with the word of "engineering";
