About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine

1. Make changes to the following Presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) the Regulations on passing of military service by the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 17, 2006 No. 619 (with the changes made by Decrees of October 2, 2006 No. 804, of October 15, 2007 No. 974 and of October 11, 2013 No. 553) to add with Item 30-1 of the following content:

"30-1. Time of stay of the serviceman in maternity leave, child care leave before achievement of three-year age by it, leave for child care which needs home care duration determined in the medical certificate is set off periods of service in military rank in time";

2) the Regulations on passing of military service under the contract the military personnel of Management of the state protection of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 19, 2007 No. 982 (with the changes made by Decrees of May 24, 2011 No. 598, of May 18, 2012 No. 335, of June 25, 2013 No. 346 and of November 7, 2016 No. 490) to add with Item 33-1 of the following content:

"33-1. Time of stay of the serviceman in maternity leave, child care leave before achievement of three-year age by it, leave for child care which needs home care duration determined in the medical certificate is set off periods of service in military rank in time";

3) in Regulations on the passing of military service by the military personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 27, 2007 No. 1262 (with the changes made by Decrees of March 28, 2008 No. 280, of August 12, 2010 No. 808, of May 24, 2012 No. 348, of January 16, 2013 No. 21, of October 31, 2013 No. 599, of August 5, 2015 No. 465, of October 17, 2019 No. 757 and of May 4, 2020 No. 165):

a) third Item 17 to exclude the paragraph;

To add 6) with Item 17-1 of the following content:
