The subitem and) Item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 1210/2018 on approval of the Charter of public organization "Central Test Laboratory of Alcoholic/soft Drinks and Preserved Foods" (2018, Art. No. 513-525, 1348), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the following paragraph:
"In case of availability of term deposits on the bank accounts opened by the reorganized subjects before the date of entry into force of this resolution, the public organization "Central Test Laboratory of Alcoholic/soft Drinks and Tinned Products" keeps the existing term bank deposits before complete execution of contractual commitments on them, with the subsequent financial transfer, belonging to these deposits, into the treasurer accounts;".
