I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 5, Art. 31; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of January 14, 2020 No. 436-IX of January 16, 2020 No. 468-IX, of March 17, 2020 No. 530-IX, of March 30, 2020 No. 548-IX, of April 13, 2020 No. 553-IX, of June 18, 2020 No. 726-IX, of July 3, 2020 No. 746-IX and No. 751-IX of July 13, 2020 No. 757-IX, of July 14, 2020 No. 769-IX, of August 25, 2020 No. 822-IX and 1 of September, 2020 No. 829-IX) the following changes:
1. Add with Articles 6-1 and 16-1 of the following content:
"Article 6-1. Determine that in 2020 the state guarantees in amount to 5.000.000 thousand hryvnias as exception of provisions of Article 17 of the Budget code of Ukraine, can be provided according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved with Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget, for ensuring partial accomplishment of debt obligations on portfolio of the loans of the creditor banks granted to subjects of microentrepreneurship, small and/or medium business - residents of Ukraine, in the amount of, not exceeding 80 percent of total amount of such debt obligations on portfolio of the credits and 80 percent on each separate credit (further - the state guarantees on portfolio basis).
The procedure for selection of creditor banks and condition of provision of the state guarantees on portfolio basis, and also the size and type of the providing provided to such subjects of managing are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
