Declare invalid the subitem "v" of item 4 of appendix to the Rules of the conclusion of special investment contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708 "About special investment contracts for separate industries" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, the Art. 4587).
2. Bring in the structure of the Interdepartmental commission on special investment contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2019 No. 3241-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 1, the Art. 155), the following changes:
