About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on transfer of corporate laws to management

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) the paragraph the fifth parts five of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 31, Art. 268; 2013, No. 26, Art. 264; 2018, 38) to add Art. No. 6-7, with the second offer of the following content: "The specified restriction on the amount does not extend to the agreements on management of securities signed in pursuance of requirements of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption";

2) in part one of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, the Art. 2056):

after paragraph one to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"If at the time of the expiration of the specified 30-days term in system of depositary accounting the restrictions for implementation of operations with stocks based on the relevant decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market about suspension of modification of system of depositary accounting, face specified in Item 1, the subitem "an" of Item 2 parts one of article 3 of this Law are set such stocks owned by them to the control to other person within 30 days from the date of renewal of modification of system of depositary accounting concerning the corresponding shares shall transfer".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
