About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" rather parliamentary control of privatization of state-owned property

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 12, Art. 68 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1) to include article 9 of the following content:

"Article 9. Parliamentary control of privatization of state-owned property

1. Parliamentary control of privatization of state-owned property is exercised by committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to which area of jurisdiction questions of privatization of the state-owned and municipal property are carried (further - Committee).

2. The committee within the competence performs control function by adoption of relevant decisions, preparation of the conclusions and provision of recommendations about the following main directions:

1) implementation of state policy in the field of privatization;

2) implementation of privatization and analysis of its results;

3) compliance with law of Ukraine about privatization;

4) activities of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine;

5) creation by state bodies of conditions for privatization implementation;

6) observance of established procedure of privatization of objects of state-owned property;

7) accomplishment of conditions of purchase and sale agreements of state-owned property;

8) money transfer, the objects of state-owned property, and other receipts which are directly connected with process of privatization of such objects which arrived from privatization in the government budget;

9) preparation and preliminary consideration of question of appointment and dismissal from position the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the Chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine;

10) according to other powers determined by the law.

3. The committee according to the tasks assigned to it has the right:
