Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 1994 No. 1062-XII "About inventions, useful models and industrial designs" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 29, 2002 No. 397-II) (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 9, Art. 158; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 7, Art. 355; 2011, No. 12/2, of Art. 364; 2017, No. 6, Art. 300, No. 9, Art. 510; 2020, No. 1, Art. 1) following changes:

1) in the name and part one of Article 3 of the word "The Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "The agency on intellectual property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

2) in the name and part one of Article 4 the word of "Agency" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

Part one of Article 14 to state 3) in the following edition:

"The application for patent grant is submitted by the author, the employer or their legal successor (further - the applicant) to the Agency through the state information systems";
