About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 132-1 of the word "and establishments of crimes in the cases provided by the Code of penal procedure." shall be replaced with words 1) ", establishments of crimes and implementation on them criminal prosecution in the cases provided by the Code of penal procedure and also special search activities according to the Law on special search activities No. 59/2012.".
2. Add Article 132-4 with Items 7-1) and 7-2) of the following content:
"7-1) implementation of criminal prosecution concerning the crimes provided by Articles 241-242, 244, 244-1, 250-253 and 335-1 Criminal codes;
7-2) implementation of special search activities in connection with the crimes carried to its competence according to the Code of penal procedure;".
3. Add Article 133 with parts (5) and (6) the following content:
"(5) In case of realization of the functions the State Tax Administration performs criminal prosecution according to the regulations established by the Code of penal procedure.
(6) In case of realization of the functions the State Tax Administration performs special search activities in connection with the crimes carried to its competence according to the Code of penal procedure according to the Law on special search activities No. 59/2012."
4. In part (1) Article 134:
22) after words of "financial and economic crimes" to add Item with the words "and/or implementation on them criminal prosecution";
23) to add Item with the words "and/or implementation on it criminal prosecution";
add part with Items 24-1) and 24-2) of the following content:
"24-1) to take measures for implementation of criminal prosecution according to the Code of penal procedure;
